Day by Day Itinerary:
Day 1: Arrival in Suzhou (-/ L/ D)
Our guide will pick you up at Suzhou railway station and transfer to Hotel. The rest of the day is on your own to explore the city. Suzhou, a well-known garden city, is renowned for its beautiful stone bridges, pagodas, and meticulously designed gardens. Besides, it is also a water town with traditional architecture. Don’t forget to take a camera when you walk on the street of picturesque Suzhou.
Day 2: Suzhou (B/ L/ D)
Today, you will visit the Humble Administrator’s Garden first. Humble Administrator's Garden is the largest garden in Suzhou and the best representative of Chinese classical gardens. Focused on a central pond with pavilions, terraces, chambers, and towers located nearby, the garden is divided into the eastern, middle and western parts. Then, the Tiger Hill and the Garden of the Master of the Nets are waiting for you. Many of these historic helices on Tiger Hill can be traced back over 2,500 years to the time when Suzhou was initially founded. The Master of the Nets is one of the four renowned gardens and a piece of representative work of Suzhou gardens. Later, you will visit the Lingering Garden, an elaborate succession of small gardens and one of the four most famous gardens in China. All of this centers upon the broad expanse of a lake to form the poetic and picturesque garden landscapes and waterscapes with exquisite buildings and luxuriant vegetation.
