Lovely-Romance in China

Day 1 ARRIVE IN BEIJING
　
Upon arrival in Beijing; our tour guide will meet you at the customs exit of Beijing airport holding a welcome sign board with your name on it. The guide will assist your transfer to the well-located hotel and help you check in. After thadt you get a bunch of carefully prepared lovely red roses from your guide, which we prepared in advance but hiding from your wife or partner and of course they are supposed to be delivered to your wife or partner as a surprise.

Day 2 BEIJING (AB, L, SD)
　
Today tour the delicately crafted Temple of Heaven, where the emperors used to pray for good harvests. Then visit a Chinese tea center and learn about the Chinese tea culture. After lunch, explore the Hutong, which means Chinese alleyways, by riding a rickshaw (Pedi cab) through the narrow lanes of the old residential quarters. This will give you a glimpse of the local residents' daily lives. In the evening, you will attend a delicious Beijing Duck Dinner Party. A bottle of red wine is included in the room this evening.　

Day 3 BEIJING (AB, L, D)

Today's highlight is a trip to the astonishing Great Wall of the Mutianyu part, one of the most remarkable feats of mankind. After lunch, you will visit the Ming Tomb, the burial site for 13 Ming emperors. After that, make a stop at a jade factory, where you will have the opportunity to purchase many different styles of jade sculptures and jewelry.

Day 4 BEIJING (AB, L, D)

The excursion today includes a visit to Tiananmen Square, the Forbidden City, the largest and most intact conglomeration of ancient structures of the imperial palace. This was the palace for 24 Ming and Qing Dynasty emperors who ruled China for over 500 years. Lunch is followed by a visit to the Summer Palace, the famous resort of Empress Dowager Ci Xi. Feast your eyes on the Long Corridor, Longevity Hill, and Kunming Lake. You may also have the opportunity to see pandas at the zoo in Beijing. In the evening you will attend an Acrobatic Show.

Day 5 BEIJING / GUILIN (AB, L, SD)

Take a morning flight to Guilin. Local guide meets you at the airport and presents you both with local colorful Silk Balls, which in the province local people have been using to show true love for hundreds of years, and then you are transferred to the lovely lakeside Hotel. In the afternoon free or take an optional wedding photo: you are taken to the best wedding photo shop in town for wedding clothes change and making up helped by professionals, then go to the most beautiful Banyan Lake area for pictures, which you may cherish in the future. This evening enjoy a surprisingly beautiful candle dinner.

Day 6 GUILIN / NORTH GUILIN (AB, L, D)

In the morning visit the symbolic Elephant Hill Park and the highest Mountain of the area - Yao Mountain by a scenic chairlift, and then drive to North Guilin. Visit the nearby 2200 - year - old Ling Canal which still works today, then take a wood boat ride on the canal to the town's shopping center - Water Street. Stay in the superb 5 star Merry - land Resort (you may choose to stay at a wooden chalet with lake view, especially in morning you can hear birds singing).

Day 7 NORTH GUILIN (AB, L, D)

In the morning visit the nearby Qin's Village, which is typical northern Guilin has architecture of Chinese traditional philosophy concept and dates back to 300 years ago. In the afternoon enter the resort's Theme park for its activities and romantic lakeside walk.

Day 8 NORTH GUILIN / YANGSHUO (AB, L, D)

In the early morning transferred to Zhujiang Wharf for the breathtaking picturesque Li River cruise (on the boat with the great landscape background you deliver a beautifully designed fresh water pearl necklace to your sweetheart, of course it is prearranged by us and the fee is included). In the afternoon disembark in Yangshuo and pay a visit to an amazing cave - Silver Cave, stay at a small but comfortable riverside hotel. In the evening you may enjoy the most popular song luminaries performance in China - Impression of Liu Sanjie directed by Mr. Zhang Yimou as an optional tour (Guide will help with the arrangements due to good weather and you may pay locally).

Day 9 YANGSHUO / GUILIN / HANGZHOU (AB, L, SD)

Free time on the West Street and transferred to airport for Hangzhou, the most beautiful city in the world as praised by Marco Polo. Upon arrival, you will tour the Pagoda of Six Harmonies, built in the year 970 AD, and view goldfish at Flower Harbor at the West Lake, which is considered one of the top ten scenic attractions of the West Lake. Check into hotel. Dinner is at a romantic local restaurant on the bank of the West Lake.

Day 10 HANGZHOU (AB, L, D)

After breakfast, visit the Hu Xueyan's Mansion - built 130 years ago and famed as the No. 1 mansion in Southern China, then visit an ancient pharmacy called Huqingyutang and the nearby pedestrian street. In the afternoon you will enjoy cruise the scenic West Lake and enjoy the fascinating sceneries around the lake, where many Chinese love stories happened.

Day 11 HANGZHOU / SHANGHAI (AB, L, D)

Today you will take train back to Shanghai, China’s most popular metropolis that has attracted the visitors from all over the world. Upon arrival, you will visit the famous Shanghai Museum of Art and History which ranks among the great museums of the world.

Day 12 SHANGHAI (AB, L, D)

This morning you will visit the Bund, where the commercial center was built in 1920's and where modern Shanghai's economy develops, Yuyuan Garden, one of the best Suzhou - style gardens in southern China and the bustling Nanjing Road, the most popular shopping place. The rest of the day will be free for you to explore this exciting city on your own. 

Day 13 SHANGHAI (AB, L, D)

In the morning visit a 1700 year old water village called Zhujiajiao - one of the most typical Southern China villages where you see white wall houses, arched stone bridges and canal rivers. In the afternoon visit the Jinmao Mansion, the tallest hotel in the world.

Day 14 DEPART FROM SHANGHAI (AB)

Say “zai jian” (goodbye) to China. You will be escorted to the airport for your flight home.
