Hongfu means to develop Buddha's spirits and to benefit mankind. The temple complex is made up of a number of halls and the most important of these are the Daxiongbaodian Hall, the Kwan-yin Hall (the Guanyin Hall), and the Sutra Collection Pavilion. Entry to the temple is past a 10m (33 ft) marble stupa and a tiled screen depicting the infant Buddha being washed by nine colorful dragons.
