(Chinese: 博斯腾湖；pinyin: bósīténghú): Bosten Lake is the largest lake in Xinjiang and the biggest inland freshwater lake in China. It has a triangular shape and is rich in aquatic life, fish and reeds. It is the largest fishing area of Xinjiang Province and one of the four biggest reed producing areas in China. Snow-capped mountains, oasis, deserts, rare animals and plants become a beautiful painting that makes you feel like you are in a fairyland.
