Yalong Bay

Yalong Bay is the most relaxing and one and only tropical national resort in China.
Yalong Bay (Chinese:亚龙湾; pinyin: Yàlóngwān) is one and only tropical national resort district in Mainland China, called as China's Hawaii.

Yalong Bay is situated in the southernmost part of Hainan Province, ling along the coastal line 25 kilometers east of Sanya City. It is one of the famous and unparalleled scenic spots in Hainan Province, boast the five most essential characters admired by international tourists nowadays, namely sunshine, silvery sand beach, crystal seawater, fresh air and greenness. Yalong Bay is just like a piece of new moon, facing the sea and surrounded by endless rolling hills on three sides.

It enjoys a mild climate all the year round, with no distinct seasons and long stretches of warm spells. The average temperature throughout the year is 25 ℃. Because of the unbeatable environment, Yalong Bay Resort was authorized by the State Council in 1992.

Besides five most essential characters, there are other beautiful and interesting scenic spots worth to visit. In the centre of Yalong Bay square stands a Totem Pole, on which the God of Sun, and Gods of Wind etc and those legendary animals are engraved. There are also the Butterfly Valley, Shell House, the Centre Square, tennis club, golf courses, coastal beach, and other entertainment projects. The Shell Hall is a comprehensive exhibition hall combining exhibition and shopping. When traveling through the hall, visitors will be surrounded by natural wonders dazzling each of the senses. The most precious species of butterflies in China and other countries are present in the Butterfly Valley.

Yalong Bay is indeed the most relaxing and natural resort in China for tourists to unwind away their burden and pressure.
