Mt.Huangshan: known as "the loveliest mountain of China", famous for its magnificent scenery made up of many granite peaks and rocks emerging out of clouds.

Yellow Mountain (Chinese: 黄山; pinyin: Huángshān) is a magical mountain covering many other famous mountains’ features. It is famous all over the world due to the uniquely shaped pines, the fantastic rock peaks, the bubbling hot springs and the sea of clouds. The Yellow Mountain is located in southern Anhui Province, inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List in 1990.

The mystic clouds drift in and out, changing the scenery from minute to minute as the mist rises and ebbs. The color and appearance of Yellow Mountain varies with the seasons too.

The Yellow mountain range comprises many peaks, 77 of which exceed 1,000 meters in altitude. The three tallest peaks are Lotus Peak (Lian Hua Feng, 1,864 m), nearby Bright Summit Peak (Guang Ming Ding, 1,840 m) and Celestial Peak (Tian Du Feng, literally Capital of Heaven Peak, 1,829 m).

The hot springs of the area are located at the foot of the Purple Cloud Peak. The water retains a temperature of 42 ℃ all year. Most natural pools are concentrated in the Songgu Area. Some particularly well-known water bodies in the area are the Old Dragon Pool (Lao Long Tan), the Green Dragon Pool (Qing Long Tan), the Black Dragon Pool (Wu Long Tan), the White Dragon Pool (Bai Long Tan), and the Jadeite Pond.

Besides the exquisite peaks and springs, Yellow Mountain is also a large botanical garden with various trees and flowering plants. Maofeng Tea of Yellow Mountain is well known and it is named for the downy tips of the tea leaves.
The temperature in Yellow Mountain is agreeable all year round. Especially in summer, as clouds often shut out the sun, hot weather never stays long, and this makes Yellow Mountain an ideal summer resort.
