Day 1: Zhaoqing Seven Star Crags, Duan Ink Stone Factory (-, L, -)

Zhaoqing City, about 90 km from Guangzhou, is one of the birthplaces of aboriginal culture in the south of the Five Ridges during the ancient times. Today you will have a intimate contact to Zhaoqing.

In the morning you will be met in your hotel in Guangzhou, drive to Zhaoqing. On the way to the Seven Star Crags, visit the Li Village where you can learn the Li Minority's culture, visit their house, and taste their delicious food. The Seven Star Crags is famous for its "lush mountain, clear water, perilous cliffs and fascinating caves. " The Star Lake Surrounded the crags owns enchanting and peculiar cliffs and caves.

In the afternoon, go back to the downtown to visit the Duan Ink Stone factory. Duan Ink Stone is one of the specialties of Zhaoqing ranking the first and one of four most known Ink Stones in China. Ink Stone is honored as "the four treasures of the study."

You may Enjoy the delicious local food in the evening. Stay tonight in Zhaoqing.
