Day by Day Itinerary:

Day 1: Arrival in Guangzhou (-, -, D)

Arrive at Guangzhou. You will be met & transferred to your hotel. Free at leisure for the rest of the day.

Day 2: Guangzhou (-, L, D)

Today you will take a full-day tour visit the city Guangzhou. You will visit Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall, which was built by the local people of Guangzhou and overseas Chinese to commemorate Dr. Sun Yat-sen, the great forerunner of Chinese democratic revolution. Now it is a major site for big conference and performance.

Then, visit the Temple of the Six Banyan Trees, which was honored as one of ten most beautiful tourist attactions in Guangzhou in 1997 and is famous for its Flower Pagoda. The Flower Pagoda appears to have only 9 stories outside, but it actually has 17 stories inside, with a height of 57 m.

After that, have a rest and go on to visit the Five-Ram Sculpture which has become the emblem of Guangzhou City, located in the Yuexiu Park at the city center. The Five-Ram Sculpture has a profound history and it means happiness and good luck for Guangzhou people. Yuexiu park is the biggest park in Guangzhou, covering 93 hectares.

Finally, you will visit the Ancestral Temple of the Chen Family, which is a place both for offering up sacrifices to ancestors and for study. It enjoys "a gem in the architecture field in Lingnan Region." The rest of your day is yours to relax.

Day 3: Dinghu Mountain, Li Village (-, L, D)

Today you will go to visit and climb Dinghu Mountain, 18 km to the east of Zhaoqing, which is known as the living nature museum and the "green gem on the Tropic of Cancer." It is also known as the first nature reserve in China.

On the way to the mountain, you will have a chance to see the Li Minority's village—Li Village. Arrive at the foot of Dinghu Mountain, you tour will start with visiting the Heavenly Brook-Qingyun Scenic Area which is one of the four famous temple in Lingnan.

Then climb up to the top of Dinghu Mountain, one of the most attractive scenic spots in Guangdong, and appreciate a bronze tripod cauldron there. The tripod cauldron, based on Western Zhou Dynasty style, is now in the Guinness Book of Records for its size and weight (6.68 m high, 5.58 m in diameter, 16,000 kg). The flourishing virgin forest of the mountain is a good summer resort; you will have enough time to explore and have fun. Finally, back to Zhaoqing City.

Day 4: Seven Star Crags, Duan Ink Stone Factory (B, L, D)

In the morning, Visit Seven Star Crags, which is famous for its "lush mountain, clear waters, perilous cliffs and fascinating caves." The Star Lake Surrounded the crags owns enchanting and peculiar cliffs and caves. In the park, you can paddle on the limpid lake and enjoy your morning time.

In the afternoon, continue to visit the factory of Duan Ink Stone, honored as "the four treasures of the study." Duan Ink Stone is one of four most known Ink Stones in China.

Day 5: Departure from Guangzhou (-, -, -)

Today our guide will transfer you to Guangzhou and see you off at the airport.
