Day by Day Itinerary:

Day 1: Arrival in Guilin (-, L, -)

Upon arrival Guilin, you will be met at Guilin Airport or Guilin Train Station by your tour guide and transferred to your hotel by the privite car. After freshening up, you’ll be arranged to visit the Reed Flute Cave, which is located 5 km northwest of Guilin city and got its name by the reeds used for making flutes and pipes growing at its entrance. The cave is known as "the Palace of the Nature Arts" and regarded as the largest and most impressive cave in Guilin city for the remarkable limestone formation with imaginative lighting. Then move on to the Elephant Trunk Hill, a hill of 50 meters high, which is regarded as the symbol of Guilin city because of it's natural beauty. Everyone can see easily that the whole rock looks like a giant elephant leisurely sipping water from the river with its long trunk.

Day 2: Li River Cruise (B, L, -)

Pick up from your hotel early in the morning. Then drive about half an hour to get to the Zhujiang Pier for a 4-hour' cruising on Li River with 83km, the highlight of sightseeing tour in Guilin with lunch aboard. You will enjoy the beautiful mountains, verdant fields, farms and villages with water buffalos, cows wondering around on both sides of the river bank. Get off at the old town Yangshuo, a county of Guilin, famous for its spectacular views of hills and rivers with famous bar streets. The afternoon explore the old town freely.

Day 3: Yangshuo, Guilin (B, L, D)

Pick up from your hotel in the morning, drive half an hour, visit the Silver Cave, which is a wonderful limestone cave with a dazzling variety of stalactites and stalagmites, and the interesting legends of the grotesque rocks make your trip unforgettable. Then take a drive for about 1.5h to Yuzi Paradise, where set against the beautiful mountains of Guilin and is a large-scale international park of land art projects mainly engaged in cavern art and contemporary sculpture dedicated to the promotion of contemporary art and culture in China.
Coninue to drive 2.5h to Merryland Resort Hotel after it. It is a hotel that prvides you a chance to enjoy the world-class Chinese ink mountain-river sceneries and it has the well-established business facilities and offers the meeting services at the international professional level.

Day 4: Xing'an (B, L, D)

Early in the morning, have enjoyable time in the Merryland Theme Park. There are five sections of this theme park, merry town, american wild west, dream world, pirate village, south pacific area and forest area. All the dress, food, sights, shows and entertainment facilities in each section are themed. Then visit the Ling Canal, which was built at north of Xing'an County (58km away from Guilin City) in B.C.214 and is an ancient canal connecting Xiang River in Hunan Province with Li River in Guangxi Province. It is regarded as one of the oldest canals in the world and a Chinese Grand irrigation work made by Qin Shihuang, who is the first feudal emperor in China and unifed the country. Drive 3h to Ziyuan County after it.

Day 5: Ziyuan (B, L, D)

Early in the morning, drive 3 hours to Ziyuan county, visiting the Bajiaozhai (featuring special Karst terrain). Bajiaozhai Mountain covers an area of more than 800 square kilometres and the top of the peak covers 3,375 square meters. High in the clouds, the towering peak looks like the head and the tail of a dragon. The 7 peaks around look like horns of beasts, hence the name of Bajiaozhai. Zijiang and Bajiaozhai are in typical red sandstone formation. Bajiaozhai has become a national forest park. Then drive to Longsheng County for the Rice Terraces.

Day 6: Longsheng (B, L, D)

Climb up the Rice Terraces in the morning. The terraces resemble the great chains or ribbons as they meander from the foot to the top of the hills. This smart construction makes the best use of the limited arable land and water resources in the mountainous area. The Terraces were first started in the Yuan Dynasty and finished in the Qing Dynasty by the Zhuang people.Then be transferred back to Guilin.

Day 7: Leave Guilin (B, -, -)

The morning is at your leisure. Be transferred to Guilin airport or Guilin train station for your departure.
