Day by Day Itinerary:

Day 1: Hongfeng (Red Maple) Lake, Qingzhen Miao Ethnic Village (-, L, D)

Upon arrival in Guiyang, your tour guide will meet you at Guiyang Airport and transport you to your hotel by private car.

Your tour in Guiyang will begin with visiting Hongfeng (Red Maple) Lake-the largest artificial lake on the Guizhou Plateau built in 1958, located about 32 kilometers (20 miles) west of Guiyang. Its surface covers 57.2 square kilometers (22 square miles) and a lot of maple trees grow around the lake on the mountain. In Autumn, the leaves of thos maple trees will turn red, hence the lake's name.

Then you will go to Qingzhen Miao Ethnic village which is nicknamed as "pointed hat Miao" according to their festival costume. Here you can enjoy their singing and dancing with welcoming ceremony. Stay in Guiyang overnight.

Day 2: Huangguoshu Waterfall, Dragon Palace Cave, Buyi Miao Village (B, L, D)

After breakfast, you will starts your trip with a tour to the largest waterfall in Asia-Huangguoshu Waterfall, 128 km away from the Guiyang City, 45 km southwest of Anshun City. It mainly consists of three National Parks: Waterfalls Cluster, Water-Curtain Cave and Rhinoceros Pool (Xi Niu Tan). Huangguoshu is the best known of some 18 in a cluster of waterfalls and during the summer rains, the 266 ft (68 m) broad curtain of water creates an awesome spectacle.

Then visit the Dragon Palace Cave (Longgong Dong), 27 km in the western suburbs of Anshun. It is a magnificent underground cave system with lakes, waterfalls and stalactites, covering an area almost 60 sq km connected by an underground river.

At last, you will move to the Buyi Miao village. It is a village in deep mountains with graceful karst hill surrounded. Stay in Anshun overnight .

Day3: Jiaxiu Tower, Qianling Park, Hongfu Temple (B, -, -)

After breakfast, you will back to Guiyan to visit Jiaxiu Tower, the landmark of Guiyang, situated on Fuyu Bridge over the Nanming River. This 20 m (66 ft) high, three-storied wooden tower was constructed in 1598 as an inspirational meeting place for the imperial civil service examinations.

Then, visit the Qianling Park, 1.5 km from the center of Guiyang City, which comprises an unexpected patch of forested hills. It boasts clear waters, green mountains, tranquil forests and old temples.

Finally you will go to Hongfu Temple, which was originally founded in 1672. It is the largest Buddhist temple in Guizhou with magnificent and venerable architectural style.

Then your personal guide will escort you to Guiyang Airport for your flight to your next destination.
