1. How can I order a tour?

Please browse pre-packaged tours available on our site. We offer various flexible tour packages, especially private tours and small group tours.

For private tours, we have many options available but we will be delighted to prepare itineraries to meet your specific requirements. Private guided tours that are tailored for you will be exclusive to you and your family and friends; no other people will join your party. For small group tours, we have several itineraries with guaranteed departure dates. To obtain more information about China tours, and just inquiry a tour you like.

2. Can I book a tour or make a reservation?

First carefully browse through our website and find the tour or package you favor, and then visit our Tour Booking page and submit the form or contact us. Our trip advisors will give you a reply online within 24 hours. Reservations should be made in advance as we have to arrange the hotels, transfers, meals and book tickets for your internal flights, train journeys and attractions, etc. Normally your time of booking or reservation is flexible but even so, it is suggested you book well in advance, especially if you plan to travel during the high season when the competition for the hotels and air or train tickets becomes very keen.

Normally the reservation can be confirmed within one or two days if the booking of airline tickets and hotels goes smoothly. It sometimes all depends. It is a good idea to check flight availability to China and your arrangements before traveling. This will ensure that we are aware of your imminent arrival in China and everything will be ready for you.

Note: Private tours can be arranged to start at your convenience while group tours have specific departure dates. Please contact us for details once our quotation has been accepted and the reservation made we guarantee that there will be no price variations other than in those circumstances where the traveler requests changes to the previously agreed itinerary or accommodation.

3. Is it easy to customize or design a china tour?

4. What does the quotation include and exclude?

It varies for different tours. Hereunder is only the general information for your reference. Our tours usually include the following items and services and please note that all details are subject to a specific tour:
a. the economy-class airfare or soft sleeper or seat train ticket fare
b. the hotel accommodation on twin-share basis
c. daily American breakfast, Chinese lunch and/or dinner
d. the private transfer by private vehicle
e. a private English-speaking tour guide
f. all admission fees
g. the Tibet Travel Permit if applicable
h. the Chinese government taxes and city construction fee
i. the Travel Agencies' Liability Insurance
j. For tours including cruises, the cruise excursion and activities are subject to the cruise company's arrangements
Our tours usually exclude the following items and services and please note that all details are subject to a specific tour:
a) the air/ train tickets for arrival in and departure from the tour
b) the expenses of personal consumption
c) the departure tax of CNY90.00 (USD11.00) per person for departure China mainland
Airfare Note: The quotation listed on our website only includes fares for internal flights forming part of the tour. Fares to the starting point of your tour and your homeward journey are not included. We also offer the air ticket booking if required; please make this clear to us at the time of your initial enquiry.

Once our quotation has been accepted and the reservation made we guarantee that there will be no price variations other than in those circumstances where the traveler requests changes to the previously agreed itinerary or accommodation.

5. What is tour price for children?

According to the regulations of China National Tourism Administration (CNTA), children under 12 years old traveling with parents in China can enjoy great discounts on the adult fare on the land service charge, the breakfast and the domestic airfare. Children above 12 years will be charged as adults.

For infants, we only charge the any necessary airfares. Should there be any surcharges required during the tour, they need to be paid on the spot by the person or persons incurring them.

6. Can I get any group discounts? how many do you need for a further group discounted rate?

According to the regulations of China National Tourism Administration (CNTA), tour groups are divided into the following four categories according to group size and the rates are calculated accordingly:
a) One person
b) 2-5 people
c) 6-9 people
d) over 10 people
Our tour prices are calculated according to these four categories as well. The rates on our website are based on double occupancy for 2-5; 6-9 and 10 and above people as a group. If you have larger groups, special prices can be arranged.
