Day by Day Itinerary:
Day 1: Arrival at Nanchang (-, -, -)
Upon arrival in Nanchang, your tour guide will meet you at Nanchang Airport and transfer you to your hotel by private car. The rest of the day is yours to relax, or step out into this amazing city for an adventure on your own.
Day 2: Jingdezhen (B, L, D)
After breakfast, you will proceed to Jingdezhen (about 300 km from Nanchang) which has been termed the "Porcelain Capital" because of its production of quality pottery since the Song dynasty, with a history of 1700 years porcelain-making. After reaching there and having lunch, you will begin to visit the Porcelain Street. On both side of the street, all kinds of porcelains are sold. After this, you will be driven back to your hotel.
Day 3: Museum of Ceramic History, Ancient Kiln, Sculpture Porcelain Factory (B, L, D)
Today you will have a chance to learn more about Jingdezhen porcelain. After breakfast, you will begin your trip with a visit to the Museum of Ceramic History where displays items taken from ancient klin sites around Jingdezhen and potters at work effectively.
Then, visit the Ancient Kiln where gives demonstrations of the ancient techniques used in the making of porcelain.
Afterwards, you will move to the Sculpture Porcelain Factory where you will know how to make the art porcelain and distinguish the good and bad art quality. After that, you will be transferred to Nanchang.
Day 4: Teng Wang Pavilion, Bayi Square, Bayi Uprising Memorial Hall (B, L, -)
Today you will take a trip in Nanchang. First you will visit the Teng Wang Pavilion, one of the Four Great Towers of China. In terms of its height, overall size and architectural style, this pavilion is a prime example of such buildings for which China is justifiably famous.
Later you will be taken to the Bayi Square, which has always been the second largest square in China, after Tiananmen Square in Beijing when it finished its reconstruction. Bayi Square, reputed as the window of Nanchang, was built to commemorate the Nanchang Uprising.
Know deeply about the Nanchang Uprising, one ideal place will be the Bayi Uprising Memorial Hall which will be your next destination. It was built on the side of the Nanchang Uprising Headquarters which has been kept as a memorial hall to the revolution with a lot of objects of historical and cultural importance on display.
After your trip, our guide will transfer you to the airport for your flight to your next destination.
