M.S. Blue Whale is 91.5 meters long and 16.4 meters wide with 5 decks. It is equipped with presidential suite, deluxe single cabin, standard cabin and international satellite telecommunication device.

Standard cabins are approximately 187 square feet (typical cabin) with outside picture windows, lower twin-berths, coordinated bedspreads, carpeting and drapes; the ships have dining hall, bar, view hall, gymnasium, multifunctional meeting room, beauty saloon, clinic, business center and shop. The ships are also equipped with center air conditioner, satellite TV and radio system which enable the communication with outside to be quite convenient.

Downstream (Chongqing->Yichang)
Day 1 Sunday
Board your deluxe M.V. Blue Whale Ship and settle into your comfortable outside cabin to begin your memorable cruise downstream.

Day 2 Monday
Depart from Chongqing in the morning. In the afternoon, go ashore to visit Fengdu, the "Ghost City", where the Chinese believe the soul of the dead goes. The balance of the day is free to explore the ship's many amenities. Tonight, you are our guests at the captain's cocktail party.

Day 3 Tuesday
Cruise through the first of the fabled Three Gorges: Qutang Gorge, which is framed by steep mossy cliffs. Then, sail on through Wu Gorge, celebrated for its 12 peaks. At Badong, transfer to a small cruiser for an exciting excursion on Shenlong Stream to view its breathtaking small gorges. Next, sail through Xiling Gorge, the last and most scenic of all the gorges. Finally, pass through the dramatic Three Gorges Ship Lock.

Day 4 Wednesday
This morning, stop at Sandouping to view the historic Three Gorges Dam project, the largest hydroelectric project in the world. Reboard the ship and sail on to Yichang where you disembark.

Day 1 Wednesday
Board your deluxe M.V. Blue Whale Ship and settle into your comfortable outside cabin to begin your memorable cruise upstream.

Day 2 Thursday
Stop at San Dou Ping this morning to see the historic Three Gorges Dam project. Reboard the ship and sail through the dramatic Three Gorges Ship lock before continuing through Xiling Gorge, the longest one of the famed Three Gorges.

Day 3 Friday
Early in the morning, delight in Wu Gorge's deep zigzagging valley. At Wushan, transfer to a motorboat for an exciting excursion on either Daning River or Shennong Stream to view their breathtaking small gorges. Reboard the ship and soon pass through the dramatic grandeur of Qutang Gorge, framed by steep cliffs.

Day 4 Saturday
Today's shore excursion shows the magnificent 12-story wooden pagoda known as the "Pearl of the Yangtze" in scenic Shibaozhai.

Day 5 Sunday
This Morning you will cruise through now-gentle countryside to Chongqing, where you disembark the ship.
