The German-built China Regal Cruises are the only Yangtze ships designed and manufactured abroad. The three all have been approved by The National Tourism Administration as five-star Inland Cruise Ships.
Each ship has an English-speaking cruise director from the United States who is fluent in Mandarin, and doctors who are trained in both Western and Chinese medicine. Additional Chinese medical services such as acupuncture and acupressure are also available. Each cruiser offers a superior, state-of-the-art water purification system and the most environmentally friendly operation, along with 10 years of safe sailing!
The onboard facilities are magnificent. Every taste is catered for with two restaurants, and several lounges and bars. The beauty salon even includes a solarium (tanning salon)! Apart from movies and in-house videos there's nightly entertainment with live music, karaoke and dancing. Traditional Chinese performers and crew also present opera, dances and acrobatics. Besides of these, movies and videos as well as displays of Chinese classical dress and costume shows are also on display.

Cruise Itinerary:

Downstream (Chongqing->Wuhan)
Day 1
Board your deluxe M.V. Regal China Ship and settle into your comfortable outside cabin to begin your memorable cruise downstream.
Day 2
Depart Chongqing in the morning. In the afternoon, go ashore to visit Fengdu, the "Ghost City", where the Chinese believe the soul of the dead goes. The balance of the day is free to explore the ship's many amenities. Tonight, you are our guests at the captain's cocktail party.

Day 3
Cruise through the first of the fabled Three Gorges: Qutang Gorge, which is framed by steep mossy cliffs. Then, sail on through Wu Gorge, celebrated for its 12 peaks. At Badong, transfer to a small cruiser for an exciting excursion on Shenlong Stream. Next, sail through Xiling Gorge. Finally, pass through the dramatic Three Gorges Ship Lock.

Day 4
This morning, stop at Sandouping to view the historic Three Gorges Dam project, the largest hydroelectric project in the world.

Day 1

Day 3
Stop at San Dou Ping this morning to see the historic Three Gorges Dam project. Reboard the ship and sail through the dramatic Three Gorges Ship lock before continuing through Xiling Gorge, longest of the famed Three Gorges.

Day 4
Early this morning, delight in Wu Gorge's deep zigzagging valley. At Wushan, transfer to a motorboat for an exciting excursion on either Daning River or Shennong Stream. Reboard the ship and soon pass through the dramatic grandeur of Qutang Gorge.

Day 5
Today's shore excursion shows the magnificent 12-story wooden pagoda known as the "Pearl of the Yangtze" in scenic Shibaozhai.

Day 6
This morning you will cruise through now-gentle countryside to Chongqing, where you disembark the ship.

Wuhan to Chongqing upriver sailing itinerary
Day 1
Arrive at Wuhan and board the ship before 6:30 pm for the start of your cruise up the Yangtze River.
Day 2 Yangtze River
Relax among spectacular panoramas of river life and enjoy shipboard activities as you cruise along the Yangtze River.
Day 3 Gezhou Dam & Yichang
Experience the world's largest hydroelectric project at Sandouping Village. Pass Gezhou Dam, enter Yichang Ship Locks and view Xiling Gorge.
Day 4 Wushan (Three Small Gorges)
A breathtaking day takes you by small ferry to the Daning River and Three Small Gorges. View old villages and enjoy the rustic beauty and, with luck, watch wild monkeys.
Day 5 Wanxian
Guarded by two nine-story pagodas, the city known as the "Gateway to East Sichuan" spreads out on both sides of the river. Visit the Three Gorges Museum, watch an exciting acrobatic show and take a tour of the local market.
