Snow Mountain cruise is a 4 star standard deluxe & modern ship which has both Han and Tibet nationality culture, with international design, elegant distribution and fine decoration. It offers delicious food and profuse entertainment. Especially there is a family hall for worshipping Buddha on the cruise, which could stand for national & religion culture and modernism. "Snow Mountain" is a mountain capped with snow all year along located in Sichuan Province. Its original Chinese name came from Tibetan language, meaning the silver-snowing mountain.

Added to Yangtze President Cruise Line on Yangtze River, this ship was built in 1996 in accordance to a 4 star standard. Facilities include bar & coffee shop, ballroom, gift shop, numerous observation areas, barber-shop, gym, business center, sauna rooms, etc. Services provided are catering and exchange, laundry, medical treatment, postal, ashore and aboard guide, safe box, room service and many more to mention. Foods in Chinese style and in western style are also well prepared.

Though a 4-star rating cruiser, the crew of the Snow Mountain wanted to promise guest a first-rate service guaranteed by its extraordinary installment and management.
76.1 meters long and 13.8 meters wide with a draft of 2.5 meters, it is equipped with two engines up to 1960 h.p. in total and is able to sail from Chongqing to Yichang all the year around at a speed of 30 km per hour.

Day 1: Thursday
Board your deluxe M.V. Snow Mountain (President No.5) Ship and settle into your comfortable outside cabin to begin your memorable cruise downstream. Depart from Chongqing in the night.

Day 2: Friday
This morning, a shore excursion takes you to view the magnificent 12 -story wooden pavilion, known as" the pearl of Yangtze" in scenic area Shibaozhai.The balance of the day is free to explore the ship's many amenities. Tonight, you are our guests at the captain's cocktail party.

Day 3: Saturday
Cruise through the first of the fabled Three Gorges: Qutang Gorge, which is framed by steep mossy cliffs. Then, sail on through Wu Gorge, celebrated for its 12 peaks. At Badong, transfer to a small cruiser for an exciting excursion on Shenlong Stream to view its breathtaking small gorges. Next, sail through Xiling Gorge, the last and most scenic of all the gorges. Finally, pass through the dramatic Three Gorges Ship Lock.

Day 4: Sunday
This morning, stop at Sandouping to view the historic Three Gorges Dam project, the largest hydroelectric project in the world. Reboard the ship and sail on to Yichang where you disembark.

Day 1: Sunday
Board your deluxe M.V. Snow Mountain (President No.5) and settle into your comfortable outside cabin to begin your memorable cruise upstream.

Day 2: Monday
Stop at San Dou Ping this morning to see the historic Three Gorges Dam project. Reboard the ship and sail through the dramatic Three Gorges Ship lock before continuing through Xiling Gorge, the longest one of the famed Three Gorges. Xiling Gorge is also known for its danger by its numerous reefs and odd-shaped stones existing in rapid shoals.

Day 3: Tuesday
Early this morning, delight in Wu Gorge's deep zigzagging valley. At Wushan, transfer to a motorboat for an exciting excursion on either Daning River or Shennong Stream to view their breathtaking small gorges. Reboard the ship and soon pass through the dramatic grandeur of Qutang Gorge, the shortest, narrowest and most spectacular of the Three Gorges which is framed by steep cliffs.

Day 4: Wednesday
Today's shore excursion shows the magnificent 12-story wooden pagoda known as the "Pearl of the Yangtze" in scenic Shibaozhai.

*Alternate shore excursion may visit Fengdu or Wanzhou. Fengdu, the "Ghost City", where the Chinese believe the soul of the dead goes.

Day 5: Thursday
This morning you will cruise through now-gentle countryside to Chongqing, where you disembark the ship.
