With an elegant appearance and decoration of western style, M. S. Yangtze Star is a newly renovated five-star deluxe cruise ship. It is 91.5 meters long and 16.4 meters wide, and with a draft of 2.65 meters and total tonnage of 3480, it has a speed of 30 km per hour on still water. This created a total capacity of maximum 140 passengers.
The M.S. Yangtze star is built in Qingshan shipyard, which is affiliated to China Changjiang National shipping Group Co. On board of the ship, there are two presidential suites, 64 standard cabins, 2 deluxe suites, 4 deluxe single, and one special room for disabled.
Its main facilities include: central air-conditioning, closed circuit TV, audio, Chinese and western dining room, business center, coffee house, tea house, beauty parlor, multi-function hall, bar, gym and outside observation deck.
